| 1. | Contest Timing/Description: The Crunch Tale Contest ('Contest') begins at 12:01 AM PST on 4/18/08 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PST on 12/31/08 ('Contest Period'). One Prize will be awarded each month from among all eligible entries received each month throughout the Contest Period. |
| 2. | How to Enter/Prize: Submit your favorite story (Crunch Tale) about Tim’s chips and enter to win one case of 12 bags, 7.75 oz or larger of Tim’s assorted potato chips. Stories can be submitted via Tim’s website or regular mail at 1150 Industry Drive North, Algona, WA 98001. |
| 3. | Eligibility: All winners must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. If any prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the winner will be disqualified and another winner will be drawn. Except where prohibited by law, the contest is open to all legal residents of the United States, excluding employees and their families of Tim’s Cascade Snacks, parent company and subsidiaries. |
| 4. | Drawing: A drawing will be conducted monthly to award the Prize for that month. One winner will be chosen by the 15th of each month from the stories received during the previous calendar month. The first drawing will be conducted by May 15, 2008 and the last drawing will be conducted by January 15, 2009. The winner will be chosen by a team of representatives from Tim’s. Decisions of the judges will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. If a winner cannot be located or does not respond to claim his/her Prize within 60 days after notification, the Prize will be forfeited. By submitting your story, you agree to these rules and the decisions made by Tim’s, which are final and binding in all respects. |
| 5. | Disclaimer: Tim’s will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all email entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by Tim’s in its sole, reasonable discretion, and Tim’s reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the contest. By entering any contest, winners consent, without limitation and without receiving additional compensation, to the use of their names, stories, voices, photographs and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes of Tim’s and its affiliates or agents and agree to be bound by these rules. All entries to any contests remain the property of Tim’s. |
